OUR POLICIES

CHECK IN :

Check in is from 3-7pm, guests arriving after 7pm are requested to notify us in advance.

CHECK OUT:

Check out is no later than 11am.

ROOM RATES:

Room rates are based upon double occupancy and include a full breakfast.  Rates are subject to change without prior notice.  Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes.

DEPOSIT:

A 50% deposit is required when booking your reservation.  The balance will be due upon departure.

 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
When one room is reserved, a full refund will be given when a reservation is cancelled two weeks prior to arrival date, save for emergencies etc. and only when arranged with the innkeepers.  When two or more rooms are reserved for the same party, a full refund will be given when a reservation is cancelled four weeks prior to the arrival date. There are no refunds for early departures.  For reservations not cancelled and not honored, guests will be responsible for the entire reservation.

 

CHILDREN:
Only children 15 and older are welcome as overnight guests.

 

PETS:

We do not accommodate any pets.

 

SMOKING:

The Baker House is a non-smoking establishment.  

 

SPECIAL HEALTH CONCERNS:

It is the responsibility of the guest to inform the Innkeeper of any special health issues, diets or concerns they have that the Innkeeper would need to be made aware of to ensure the health and safety of their stay.  We are happy to accommodate any needs.
