THE ARTIST'S ROOM

Located on the first floor, this charming room is decorated with original antique 19th centiry folk art and contains a queen size four poster Sheraton Style bed.

 

The spacious en suite bath boasts a 10 foot high ceiling, a huge glass enclosed shower for two, an antique porcelain pedestal sink and a heated marble floor.

 

The Artist's Room is filled with 18th and 19th Century antiques.  A Georgian mahogany writing table sits beneath a Victorian stained glass window.  There is a fine mahogany armoire, a 18th century Chippendale armchair, a Queen Anne candle stand, a Sheraton cherry work table and a grain painted blanket box.

 

This room can be combined with the neighboring Gardener's Room to accommodate larger parties.
